Schools and athletics programs that have contracted Kodiak Creative for event coverage may use the delivered images for:

• Athletics communications
• Social media posts
• Team websites
• Press releases and editorial content
• Media guides and promotional materials related to the athletics program

Images may be provided to news media for editorial coverage with credit to Kodiak Creative.

Uses Requiring Additional Licensing

The following uses require permission and a separate license from Kodiak Creative:

• Commercial advertising
• Use by corporate sponsors or brand partners
• Merchandise or product sales
• NIL or athlete endorsement promotions
• Third-party publications using images outside editorial coverage
• Use by vendors, apparel companies, or commercial partners
